?My reviews across all my properties support that my #1 goal is delivering an awesome beach vacation for my guests. This starts with a sparkling clean condo and fast, excellent customer service. If you need anything at all, or if something is not right, I am quick to respond! I’ve tried to think of everything that my family and my guests would want in a beach rental. Vacation rentals are my passion, and I am always trying to improve the guest experience so suggestions are welcome!
?This 2nd floor 2 bedroom/2 bath condo at Majestic Sun offers views of the Emerald Coast from the living room, the master bedroom, and the oversized balcony.
?A new, 6-seater golf cart is included with this property, which is a $150/day value (based on local rental rates). The golf cart is perfect for shuttling people to the beach or cruising to the numerous restaurants in the area. The beach front road, Scenic Highway 98, is very safe and golf cart friendly.
?This 2BR/2BA condo is bright, beachy, spacious, and comfortable (Sleeps 7). It is fully stocked with "more than the basics" so you and your group can prepare delicious meals while overlooking the Gulf of Mexico in your home away from home. The living room has a Queen sleeper sofa, plenty of seating, beachy decor, a large 55" Smart TV with cable and streaming access, and, best of all, those HUGE Gulf views! The attached balcony space offers room for dining and relaxing while you soak in the sights and sounds of the Emerald Coast.
?Adjacent to the living room, the master bedroom features a King bed, Gulf views, a Smart TV, and a large closet and bathroom. Down the hall, there is a washer and dryer with plenty of laundry supplies for your stay. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed, 32" TV, private closet, and private bathroom.

Majestic Sun is part of the sprawling, Seascape Beach Resort with tons of pools, an 18 hole golf course, tennis/pickleball facility, basketball court, and 2000' of beach front – there is so much to do at Seascape! Majestic Sun is located in Miramar Beach, which features wide sidewalks for walking and biking while enjoying sights and sounds of the Gulf plus easy access to all the dining and excitement that Miramar Beach and Destin has to offer!
MANY restaurants within walking distance or a short drive away including:
? Pompano Joes, Whales Tail, Bad Ass Coffee, Pascalli’s Kitchens, Cabana Cafe (Open Late!), Royal Palm Grille and Beach Bar, and Surf Hut

? BOOKING GUEST MUST BE 25+ AND PRESENT DURING THE WHOLE STAY - In the event of a disturbance, property security or local police will be called.
? Given the golf cart provided with this home, guests must sign e-sign a simple liability waiver prior to their arrival. Thank you for your understanding!
? CANCELLATION POLICY: One hundred percent (100%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued unless travel insurance has been purchased. In the event of a cancellation, the 3% Credit Card Processing Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Which was nothing less than amazing! Stanton had great communication and made everything easy from check in to check out. Beach gear was awesome to be able to use. He had plenty of towels for the beach, pool, and bath/showers. The washer and dryer was great to have as well! Awesome trip and I would definitely book again!

Oh my goodness!
Loved the small touches, the supplies, the view, and friendly hosting! We arrived later than expected and did not feel like grocery shopping upon arrival; Stan's snacks and coffee supply were wonderful Sunday morning. Stan was an awesome host providing everything we needed or wanted from instructions on what all we could do, extra amenities at the condo such as soap, paper towels, beach chairs, toys for the kids etc and even a golf cart rental waiting for us in the garage! The location was awesome and the condo was beautiful. It was our best family vacation yet! We will definitely be staying at one of Stan’s rentals again and look forward to it!

A very proactive and informative host! Gets all 5 stars from me. The only inconvenience I can think of is the distance from the parking garage if you have children that need carried to/from the unit. Nothing that can be helped by the host though. Otherwise, exactly as described and very well stocked! Wagon, cooler, sand toys, dish soap, laundry detergent, and plenty towels, washcloths, dish towels, and paper towels. Golf cart was a huge bonus!

My husband and I took our Babymoon and having direct access to the beach right across the street and the golf cart to get us around was so easy. The place came with extra amenities such as chairs, umbrella and a cooler which just made life easier. Stanton was super friendly and responsive. I would come back and stay here again for sure.
