My reviews across all my properties support that my #1 goal is delivering an awesome beach vacation for my guests. This starts with a sparkling clean condo and fast, excellent customer service. If you need anything at all, or if something is not right, I am quick to respond! I’ve tried to think of everything that my family and my guests would want in a beach rental. Vacation rentals are my passion, and I am always trying to improve the guest experience so suggestions are welcome!

Majestic Sun is part of the sprawling, Seascape Beach Resort with tons of pools, an 18 hole golf course, tennis/pickleball facility, basketball court, and 2000' of beach front – there is so much to do at Seascape! Majestic Sun is located in Miramar Beach, which features wide sidewalks for walking and biking while enjoying sights and sounds of the Gulf plus easy access to all the dining and excitement that Miramar Beach and Destin has to offer!
MANY restaurants within walking distance or a short drive away including:
? Pompano Joes, Whales Tail, Bad Ass Coffee, Pascalli’s Kitchens, Cabana Cafe (Open Late!), Royal Palm Grille and Beach Bar, and Surf Hut
? Seascape Town Center: 2 Birds Cafe, Acme Oyster House, Mezcal Mexican Grill, Moo La-La, Thrills Arcade and Laser Tag
? Silver Sands Outlet Mall is less than 2 miles away and has loads of shopping and dining

? Grand Boulevard Town Center (~3 miles away) is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex right up US 98. Dining options include Tommy Bahama Restaurant & Bar, The Craft Bar, Another Broken Egg Café, Vintij Food & Wine, Grimaldi’s Pizzeria, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. There is also a movie theater and a Publix Grocery Store.

? NO PARTIES OR LOUD MUSIC - Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced by local authorities and subject to fines.
? BOOKING GUEST MUST BE 25+ AND PRESENT DURING THE WHOLE STAY - In the event of a disturbance, property security or local police will be called.
? CANCELLATION POLICY: One hundred percent (100%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued unless travel insurance has been purchased. In the event of a cancellation, the 3% Credit Card Processing Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.

From the moment we booked Stan's property to the moment we checked out, it was the best customer experience I have ever had on Airbnb! Stan was proactive and prompt with communications anytime I had a question (which was rare, because Stan was so thorough and thoughtful, including a guidebook for the property/local area). Easiest check-in/check out process I've ever had. Parking/finding unit (at 10pm) was flawless. Stan thought of everything, stocking the home with more than starter items (enough toilet paper, paper towels, coffee , garbage bags, Ziploc baggies, etc. for the weekend!) These small touches of considerations really allowed us to have a worry free weekend! The property was clean/comfortable, felt right at home. View is amazing from both living room and master bedroom. Balcony is so spacious/private, I could have spent the entire trip out there. Needless to say the property was perfect and Stan was the best host. We can't wait to book with Stan again!

Absolutely Amazing Spot! My wife and two teenage boys had an incredible visit to Destin! Starting the morning off with a cup of coffee on the balcony taking in the sights and sounds of the ocean directly across the street. We had a wonderful time on the beach with the provided beach necessities that were all included with our stay. The condo decor made you feel right at home. Stan’s recommendations for restaurants and activities to do were spot on! We will definitely book again…Thank you so much for having us!
