There were several reasons why I would rate this unit the way I did. The pictures were deceiving as there were no clear pictures showing that you had to cross the street to get to the beach. It was a public access beach at that so it was crazy packed every day. There was mold in the spare bathroom within the grout and on the ceiling (Now I know that with any moisture comes mold if not taken care of) but it looked like the ceiling was spackled or painted over the mold spots, dishwasher didn't work, it wasn't even secured into the counter. The furniture wasn't the same as advertised in the pictures and the shower heads sprayed water in every direction that it was hard to even wash and rinse your hair. I think they just need to give this unit some TLC.

Excellent Location
5.0
Our stay at this location was superb. The unit was very spacious and located within walking distance to souvenir shops, restaurants, and grocery stores, and close to beach access. The balcony was very spacious with plenty of seating and excellent ocean views. The management company was respondent and accommodating. Highly recommend this location. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

This rental was perfect for our family. I didn't know what to expect with it being across the street from the beach but we loved it. The view was beautiful. The property has a nice place for you to wash off after coming from the beach and the pool was great. It was our first time to Miramar but not our last.

Beautiful condo you need for a wonderful family vacation if you love direct ocean view with a very short walk to being in the water.
Only downside is bedroom ceiling fan made a loud humming sound.

Amazing Beachfront
4.0
The location on the beach is amazing! It is the absolute best part of the condo. We were 2 couples for 10 days and there was plenty of seating and space for us on the balcony where we spent a lot of time. We saw, dolphins, sharks, stingrays, and even manatees! The living room, kitchen and dining are were very comfortable. We loved the all the beach equipment and towels available. We already knew there would only be a starter set of cleaning supplies, but I would say some dishwashing soap should be included in the starter set. I shared a couple of things with the rental company but forgot to share that with them. The unit is comfortable, but in need of some updates. The shower/tub areas in both bathrooms either need replacing, regrouting, or deep cleaning. Also, should probably add replacing shower liner on a rotation. We were combining a concert trip with a longer vacation and it was such a beautiful location. We had a blast.

Needs a scrub

The whole place was in need of a thorough clean. Bedding was stained and while sheets have been washed, the comforters clearly have not in a long time. Pillows smell of mildew. Sheets are torn. Carpet is crunchy. Baseboards have a thick coat of grime in many areas. Hair and wads of toothpaste from former guests in bathrooms.

The location is amazing. View is amazing. But I didn’t want to touch anything.

Next time I’ll check the mattress cover

We’ve used 3D rentals in May 2024 so we didn’t hesitate to use them again. We were willing to look past the broken patio handle and even the mold on the bathroom ceiling. We even considered extending our stay. However, when I stripped the bed for check out o discovered that the mattress cover was covered in stains from both body fluids and blood stains. It was gross. When I reached to 3D they simply replied thanks for letting us know so we can take care of it. We rent units about 8-16 weeks a year in Destin but will not be using 3D rentals any longer.

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was clen and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and having beach chairs and toys in the unit was super convenient. This one also has great patio furniture. I would definitely rent this one again.
