Let our fully renovated and professionally decorated two bedroom, two bath condo be your best vacation ever to make your greatest memories! Escape to the beautiful emerald coast as you enjoy scenic sunrises and sunsets from your private balcony overlooking the idyllic emerald water and white sand beaches. With over 2000 feet of white sand beach frontage, there is plenty of room for beach chairs, sand castles, and playing in the sand and surf. Condo comes with in unit washer and dryer, wifi access, and cable TV.

Sleeping Arrangements
Our condo offers a king bed, a pyramid bunk bed (with extra trundle bed) in the guest room, and a sofa sleeper. Combined these can easily accommodate 8 people.

Property Highlights
The Majestic Sun provides access to two pools, a climate-controlled indoor/outdoor pool (heated in the winter) and an outdoor pool with a hot tub, a gulf front fitness facility, and gorgeous beach access. The Majestic Sun is also a part of the Seascape Resort which gives our guests access to the amenities provided by Seascape, including 5 additional outdoor swimming pools, basketball courts, tennis courts, pickleball courts and golf. The condo complex is conveniently located on Scenic Gulf Drive—within walking distance to coffee, ice cream, and many dining options.

Room with a View and Private Master Suite!

My husband and I took our 5 children with ages, 19-7. The second bathroom and bedroom were amazing to have. We did not even know they were there with the huge master suite. Balcony even has a separate entrance from master. 10/10 recommend and look forward to coming back next year!

Great condo for the views. The location is great. The balcony is huge with pretty good sound proof glass. A few complaints on the amenities. The bedding is definitely lackluster and thin. The couch is stained, but still comfortable. Also, there was no complimentary coffee for the coffee pot, which is not a big deal as this is not a hotel. However, there is no coffee within a five minute walking distance so for my husband this was slightly inconvenient.

Needs a deep cleaning

This unit seriously needs a deep cleaning. He couch needs to be replaced. The cushions are shot and it's covered in stains. Sand is in every corner, hinges are rusty, and refrigerator drawers are broken. The king bed mattress was okay, but the wood bed frame pops and creaks with even the slightest movements. There were only 3 towels for 4 people. We had to buy more bath towels, dish towels and even hangars. The view was beautiful but the noise was constant. Helicopters, planes, and traffic noise was far from relaxing. The best thing about the unit is the proximity to beach. We will not return to this area.

This rental was wonderful, the view of the gulf was amazing and wonderful to see first thing in the morning as well last thing before bed. The place was clean and had everything we needed. It is a wonderful vacation spot! Very blessed to have stayed here.

Majestic Sun 802B Beach Front

Overall very nice. Location & beach view were outstanding.
Negatives were that the unit could have been cleaner. The area rug & couch were stained, pots & pans were beat up, floors were gritty with sand.
Also, only 2 working elevators for such a large building resulted in long wait times at peak hours.

Prime location - Condo Amenities Outdated and Not enough linens

Our stay this time was a little less than amazing this year. We noticed that we had minimal linens and not enough for each bed (sleeps up to 8) so we had to purchase 2 blankets. There were not enough towels so we had to wash and reuse the ones there were. The TV is not a smart TV nor is there any device with "apps." The remote in the bedroom didn't work with the TV. The condo could use a deeper cleaning and new paint on the walls. Also, the key code on our room locked us out at least 20 minutes before checkout. However, even with these minor inconveniences we'll still be back next year.
