There is a washer and dryer located in the unit for your convenience and comfort. Majestic Sun's private beach is located directly across the 25 mph 2 lane beach road. It is just steps from the building to the sugar white sand of the Emerald Coast! This resort's amenities are incredible! Majestic Sun features a 3,200 square foot multi-level indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, and onsite fitness facility. It is located near some fabulous restaurants; several are within walking distance! Serve up a match on one of the nearby tennis courts (for a small fee) , or head over to the championship golf course and play a liesurely game with friends or family. My family and I had a wonderful time! Will definitely be returning next year. It was clean and well cared for! Julie checked in on us regularly to make sure we had all we needed and were having a great stay. Can’t say enough great things about this place. The condo was perfect! Everything was very clean when we arrived, and we loved the keyless entry- no need to worry about carrying a room key to the beach. Super short walk to the beach and our view from the balcony was wonderful. But what really made the trip enjoying was how extremely nice and helpful Julie from the management company was. We will definitely be coming back next year!

The condo was perfect! Everything was very clean when we arrived, and we loved the keyless entry- no need to worry about carrying a room key to the beach. I highly recommend this property! I didnt realize it was across the road from the beach when I booked, but it was fairly easy access. The property manager was absolutely wonderful. The dryer wasn't heating and she was able to send someone asap to fix it. The condo was clean and well stocked with dishes and towels. The only downside is the washer is very small, but we managed! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation!!

We had a great experience for our 1st time trying Home Away! We stayed at Majestic Suns, Our property owner was the BEST! Julie Y. responded to us very quickly when I had questions. The room had a PERFECT view of the ocean. We even saw DOLPHINS the first couple nights from our view!!!! We will definatly book with Julie again!!!

This is a nice little condo with a great view. It’s tastefully decorated with a full kitchen stocked w/ dishes, flatware, pans, refrigerator, etc. Two bathrooms. Washer and drier. Owner is very helpful and friendly. I had a little trouble finding it and called to get directions. Has hairdryer and bar soap. Close to Chick Fil A and CVS. Would highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed. The view can’t be beat. Comfy bed and furnishing. Close to everything. The building is across the street from the beach, but sitting on the patio, the street is below you, so it doesn’t effect the view. The building is older, but the condo was immaculate. We spent 6 wonderful days there.

Perfect Sister Getaway!
My sister and I had the best time in Julie's condo! The place was beautiful and the ocean view was wonderful! It was well furnished with everything you would need for your stay. We will be coming back again next year! I can't say enough about the awesome stay and the communication from Julie was great.
