Stunning views from the family room, master bedroom & balcony of the Gulf of Mexico. Master bedroom includes king sized bed, patio door to hear soothing waves outside, 55" smart TV, Netflix,, a private master bathroom, double sinks, tub w/shower & a huge walk in closet. Our guest room has unique queen bunk beds (reinforced for adults), both have flat screen TV's with individual headphones optional, reading lamps, attached bathroom. Beautiful leather sofas in the living room w/60' smart LED TV w/surround sound speakers & sound bar. Larger sofa converts to a queen size sleeper. Our kitchen is fully equipped w/new stainless steel appliances, glass tile backsplash, undercounter LED lighting, & granite counter tops. New large capacity stacked washer & dryer in private room off of the hallway. Upgraded ceiling fans in all rooms w/remotes. Custom blackout drapes. Outdoor patio waiting for you to sit & have dinner or a glass of wine at the table, double chaise lounge or new cozy dual recliners w/trays. Watch for dolphins, manatees, stingrays or see one of the many weddings directly in front of our unit on the sand. This condo INCLUDES one of only a few (in high demand) deeded private parking spaces in the gated owners garage. Storage cabinets in garage space for beach toys, chairs and umbrella. Seasonally heated indoor/outdoor pool with hot tubs and cascading waterfalls. There's a newly equipped fitness room, conference center, tennis courts, lovely park grounds, and fresh water lakes. Convenient shopping at either the gift shop downstairs or the nearby Silver Sands Factory Outlet mall. Cross the street for lunch, dinner or to join a bonfire at the Wales Tail where you have to try the Grouper or Rueben sandwich. Majestic Sun is part of Seascape Resorts which has an 18 hole championship golf course. Schedule your Golfing Tee time by contacting The Golf Pro Shop. Complete fresh bedding, including quilts between each rental. The beach is just 50-60 feet from the front door of Majestic Sun. As I write this I want to be there now. I can promise you will too. AWESOM PLACE
I searched MANY properties looking for a rental, and I kept going back to this one. The condo was well stocked with EVERYTHING...The beds and all the furniture were really comfortable. Everything was just really nice. It felt like "home" It was really convenient to have the washer and dryer IN the unit. It's nice to have the nighttime security and the security gates. The walk to the beach was fine. It was awesome to look out the lanai and see the fireworks from the beach. It was really peaceful to go sit by the bay, see dolphins and manatees and watch the boats go by. The one time I had to call the owner, Gail answered quickly and helped me with my issue. Looking forward to booking again :)

Wonderful apartment and great location
Our family has spent 2 wonderful weeks at this location for 2 consecutive years. The complex is quiet with a great pool area and it's proximity to the beach is very convenient. The apartment is very inviting, well kept and has a homely feeling.

Nice Condo
We stayed twice and enjoyed our stay! The condo offered everything we needed. Well stocked kitchen and linens including all the beach items you need. Great view of the Innercoastal water way from the condo. The facility offers great pool area, grills, Innercoastal harbor area, and short walk to the beach. In addition the owners were so pleasant to work with and very accommodating. You would love this condo for your vacation.

I didn't want to leave!
My husband and I spent some time at Gail's condo and it truly did feel like home away from home. The condo was clean and well decorated. The king size bed in the master was very comfortable. The master bathroom is lovely. We enjoyed having a kitchen, which has everything you need to cook at home. We also enjoyed having laundry in the unit. After hitting the beach, we could instantly put our sandy towels and clothes in the wash. The condo is also in a great location - walking distance to the beach and just a short drive to the Village. How fun! We also loved having a pool on the premises. We often brought fruit down there for breakfast and would take a night time dip since it is open until 10PM. Gail was a great hostess and made sure we had everything we needed to have a wonderful stay. She also made some great suggestion for local restaurants and attractions. To sum it up - we had a fabulous time and will be back in the near future!
